Looking for a way to connect to the community? Want to feel you are making a positive difference in the world? Get to know the value and fulfillment that comes from “Service Above Self”. The AMP Rotary Evening Group of Moorestown group is having an Open House at Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar at the Moorestown Mall on October 1 from 5:45 p.m. to 7 p.m. Appetizers will be served and there will be a short presentation where you can learn about the impactful work Rotary is accomplishing. The AMP (Alternate Meeting Group) allows people who can’t attend Rotary meetings during the day the opportunity to serve as a Rotarian. The group meets the first and third Tuesdays of the month at Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar from 5:45 p.m. to 7 p.m. Upcoming activities will include:

This year's Rotary holiday gathering, Mingle and Jingle, will be held on December 5 at the Laurell Creek Country Club. We'll have a great time trying to match up baby pictures with our adult Rotarians. Make certain to get your picture to Kathy Hiltner ASAP so she can get it all set up. It's $55 per person (bring a friend!), Refreshments and Fellowship are from 6-7 PM, and Dinner is at 7 PM. ( Price Includes food, beer, wine and soda.) Laurel Creek Country Club, 701 Centerton Rd, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 The evening is open to all Rotarians and a guest. We ask that everyone bring an unwrapped toy or gift card which will be donated to the Burlington County Sheriff’s office for distribution. We are also having a photo contest. Our Club is sponsoring an amateur chef to compete in the DESSERT category.
Our Club winner, Andrew Mackerer, won for his yummy Key Lime Cheesecake!
Andrew will bake enough for hundreds of attendees at the District event on Sunday January 26, 2020. He will be sponsored by the Club for the entry fee and the cost of ingredients.
The club competition winner was determined by the end of the meeting on December 19.

Moorestown Citizen of the Year
Moorestown’s Citizen of the Year Award is announced annually by the Moorestown Service Club Council, which consists of the three Rotary Clubs, Lunch, Breakfast and AMP, and The Lions Club.
All four Clubs take great pride in enhancing the quality of life in Moorestown by contributing various community service projects within the town and encouraging others do to the same.
Max Fisher was chosen as this year's Citizen of the Year. Please plan to attend or to volunteer to help out that night.
The dinner will take the place of, Thursday Lunch meeting on 2/6.
Tickets can be purchased at the Community House or from the Moorestown Rotary Breakfast Club, Moorestown Rotary Lunch Club or the Moorestown Lions Club members. Tickets are $55/person.

If you enjoy spending an evening laughing and sharing good fellowship with a room full of great folks, then you might want to join us on March 12th for our 3rd Comedy night! We even have two Moorestown Alumni as part of the Comedy Team. Grab some friends, pick up some tickets and join us for a picnic type dinner at your section of a table. Maybe order pizza and bring it in with some beverages of your choice. Or maybe you prefer hoagies... or whatever. The idea is to eat, laugh and have a great time with old friends and new. We provide some light snacks and beverages, but most folks like to bring their own feast to enjoy before and during the show! Adults only - BYOB. Doors open at 6:30 PM, show at 7:30 PM.
